Operations & Reservations Manager

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
  • Actively learns and is knowledgeable to answer questions on product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information.
  • Refine and strengthen existing operational guidelines to ensure that the brand operates at an optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure group staffs are well groomed and trained, vehicles are always in well maintained, clean condition.
  • Assure adherence to quality standards and client requirements by monitoring work progress, performing site visits, coordinating activities and resolving issues
  • Supervising the daily operation flow and delivery to make sure there’s no delay on sending out orders

Operations Executive 

  • Make sure to keep strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Effectively cooperate with Tour Guides, Product, Sales,Reservation, Customer Experience, and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements.
  • Solve on the ground situations with initiative within agreed process.
  • Attend Group’s requests on the ground, lead the operation from arrival to departure, manage on the spot last-minute changes and handle any situation that may arise during groups’ visits
  • Handle the company's hotline (24/7 while the group is on the ground).
  • Booking and managing travel arrangements for sales team including transport, guides, attractions, F&B and/or other related service.


Business Development Manager

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
  • Ability to generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Actively learn to be proficient in travel-related products, itineraries and online sales system.
  • Ability to negotiate competitive rates, exclusive inclusions and service level agreements in accordance with company strategy and policy.
  • Ability to extend company reach through exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships.
  • Conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.)
