Operations & Reservations Manager
Operations & Reservations Manager
Effectively cooperate with Tour Guides, Product, Sales, Reservation, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and implementing change when needed.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
To ensure all accurate costing are updated in AOS system and constant communication with Sales on their costing and itinerary.
Able to communicate with senior to develop strategic operations goals.
Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
Coordinate, supervise, and implement every aspect of travel arrangement should any group is in town.
Requirements
Able to perform independently, as well as a good team player.
Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays.
Promote teamwork and quality service within the team and coordination with the other departments.
Relevant experiences in Reservations / operation in travel agency is a plus.
Achieve the given target for the period given.
Possess good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work independently and deliver under tight timeline.
To carry out any other job function given by Management from time to time.
