Operations & Reservations Manager

  • Effectively cooperate with Tour Guides, Product, Sales, Reservation, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and implementing change when needed.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
  • To ensure all accurate costing are updated in AOS system and constant communication with Sales on their costing and itinerary.
  • Able to communicate with senior to develop strategic operations goals.
  • Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and implement every aspect of travel arrangement should any group is in town.
Requirements

  • Able to perform independently, as well as a good team player.
  • Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service within the team and coordination with the other departments.
  • Relevant experiences in Reservations / operation in travel agency is a plus.
  • Achieve the given target for the period given.
  • Possess good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and deliver under tight timeline.
  • To carry out any other job function given by Management from time to time.
